How it works

In three ways. Out as one answer.

Documents get read. Experts get interviewed. Work gets watched. Nothing enters unverified.

01 - Read

What's written gets indexed.

Point OXYGN at your drives, wikis, and inboxes. It connects what belongs together, flags what contradicts, and answers from it in under 5 minutes. It sees only what the account you connect already can - no wider.

Plugged into the tools you already use

02 - Ask · the differentiator

What isn't written gets extracted.

The knowledge that matters most never made a document. OXYGN sits with your most experienced people - seven days, under fifteen minutes a day - and pulls it out.

  1. Day 1

    Map the territory

What the expert owns. The things everyone asks them about.

  2. Days 2–6

    Follow the thread

Every answer breeds a sharper question. The unwritten stuff, surfaced.

  3. Day 7

    Verify and connect

Checked against every document and interview. Nothing enters without sign-off.

03 - Watch

What's done gets recorded.

Some knowledge lives in the hands, not the head. OXYGN watches the work - so it outlives the person doing it.

04 - Your agent

One agent. Scoped to you.

Your role. Your department. Your history. It stops where your clearance does.

Every department sits behind a firewall. The agent can't cross it - permissions live in the database, not the prompt. A guardrail that holds even when the model slips. What you can't see was never in reach.

Today it answers. With your approval, it acts.

OXYGN - Ask grounded · cited

Why do we skip the standard QA cycle for Müller-Werke orders?

Their 2019 contract addendum requires certification against their in-house DIN variant before our standard cycle. The exception applies only to powder-coated batches.

Negotiated by H. Brandt (Ops). Running both cycles double-counts inspection time and breaches the agreed lead time.

And when it doesn't know - it says so. No invented answers, ever.

05 - The network

Every agent. One brain.

An agent for every person. Every team. All of them thinking from the same brain - the whole company on a single source of truth.

They pass work between them. What yours can't answer, it routes to the agent that can - the reply returns cited, in real time.

Nothing crosses a line it isn't cleared to.

Each agent surfaces only what the person asking may see. One brain. Many windows. None showing more than it should.

An agent for every person, a shared agent for every department, and one company brain at the centre - every one of them connected to the others. A question travels from the person asking, through their department's agent, into the brain, and out to whichever agent holds the answer. It comes back cited, and it never crosses a line the asker isn't cleared to cross.

At every step

How it earns the right to answer.

Cited or refused.

Every answer names its source. Low confidence means silence, not a guess.

95% citation accuracy.

The bar, not the ceiling.

Walled by department.

Permissions enforced in the database, before a word is retrieved - not by asking the model nicely. What you can't access, the agent can't surface.

No lock-in.

Export everything. Delete everything. We test both every release.

What comes out

One brain. Every answer sourced.

Ask anything about how your company works. Every answer arrives with proof.
